Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions and their answers.

01How can I make an appointment?

You can request an appointment by phone or by filling in the form on our contact page. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time.

02What should I bring to the first meeting?

Bringing all related documents you have — contracts, official notifications, correspondence, receipts and the like — makes it easier to assess your situation accurately. If you have been served with a document, please note the date of service, as legal time limits usually start running from that date.

03How are legal fees determined?

Legal fees are set out in a written agreement with the client, taking into account the nature and scope of the matter and the work it requires, and may not fall below the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.

04Will the information I share remain confidential?

Yes. Under the Attorneys' Act, attorneys are obliged not to disclose information they learn in the course of their duties. The information and documents you share with us are protected as professional secrets even if no engagement follows.

05How will I be kept informed about my case?

We inform you regularly about important developments in your case. You can also call or e-mail our office at any time for an update.
